By signing up for and using Replyful ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Replyful.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Replyful is an AI-powered email automation service that connects to your Gmail or Google Workspace inbox and automatically generates and sends replies to incoming customer enquiries on your behalf.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice to active subscribers.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must not share your login details with others or allow unauthorised access to your account.
You must provide accurate information when signing up. You are responsible for ensuring your account details remain up to date.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service, or have the permission of a parent or guardian.
One account is permitted per business. You may not create multiple accounts to circumvent plan limits.
You agree to use Replyful only for legitimate business purposes. You must not use the Service to:
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without notice or refund.
By connecting your inbox to Replyful, you authorise the Service to send emails on your behalf. You remain fully responsible for all emails sent by Replyful from your account.
You should review your business profile, pricing and services information regularly to ensure the replies generated accurately represent your business. Replyful is not responsible for any inaccuracies in replies that result from incorrect or outdated information in your account settings.
We recommend monitoring your dashboard regularly, particularly during the first few weeks, to ensure the Service is performing as expected.
Replyful is a subscription service billed either monthly or annually depending on the plan you choose at signup. Payments are processed securely by Stripe.
Monthly plans are billed on the same date each month. Annual plans are billed as a single upfront payment for the full year.
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your dashboard or by contacting us at team@replyful.co.uk. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to the Service until that date.
Refunds: We offer a full refund within 14 days of your first payment if you are not satisfied with the Service and have not sent more than 50 automated replies. After 14 days or 50 replies, refunds are at our discretion. Annual plan refunds are prorated for unused months where a refund is granted.
Price changes: We will give at least 30 days notice of any price increases to existing subscribers by email.
Failed payments: If a payment fails, we will retry and notify you by email. After 7 days of non-payment, the Service may be suspended until payment is resolved.
The Starter plan includes up to 500 automated replies per calendar month. If you exceed this limit, additional replies may be paused until the next billing period or you upgrade to Pro. We will notify you when you are approaching your limit.
The Pro plan includes unlimited automated replies.
The Replyful platform, including its software, design, branding and documentation, is owned by Replyful and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute or reverse engineer any part of the Service.
Your business data — including your business profile, pricing information and email content — remains your property. By using the Service, you grant Replyful a limited licence to process this data solely to provide the Service to you.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free or that AI-generated replies will be accurate, appropriate or meet your expectations in every case.
Replyful is not liable for:
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you have paid to Replyful in the three months preceding the claim.
You may close your account at any time by contacting us at team@replyful.co.uk. We will delete your data within 30 days of account closure, except where retention is required by law.
We may terminate your account immediately if you breach these terms, engage in fraudulent activity or fail to pay your subscription fees after reasonable notice.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms or use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
